But you want to reap the benefits of a CrossFit workout. Having a membership definitely helps especially if you’re a beginner, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get started. If you’re ready to start, you can do so by getting a few pieces of equipment and you’ll be on your way to becoming a CrossFitter.
